The systems can be placed above and below water level, depending on where you place the inlets and outlets. Our systems based on the shower principle also facilitate an excellent growth of the bacteria we thrive. These systems must be placed above water level.
The moving bed systems are delivered in a PolyPropylene (PP) housing, our shower models are supplied in a PolyPropylene (PP) or Stainless Steel 316 housing. Both systems are modular built, and are easily extensible when more filtration capacity is needed in the future.

Larger items:
Palletised items - Some large oversize products, typically items weighing more than 30kg, may require delivery via pallet. Standard Pallet charge is approx. £50.00. To ensure there are no delays with delivery, please include a contact number when placing the order.
Overseas – DHL and UPS, cost based on weight / volume at checkout.
Damages
Although we check that items we send are in good condition before despatched and are packed well to prevent damage, it is sometimes inevitable that the occasional item will get broken in transit.
Should this happen, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. We will ask you to email us providing some images of the damage so we can address this with the courier.
We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you as quickly as possible, free of charge.
